Returns, Cancellations, and Claims for Defective Merchandise:

In regard to Returns, please contact Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Products will not be considered for return after thirty (30) days. Once a Return Authorization has beeen issued by Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. the merchandise and original packaging in question must be received in re-sellable condition within 20 days from the date of authorization.

Items which are listed as “Made-To-Order” or “Special Order” are not returnable and are non-cancelable. In these instances, we will require that payment be made In-Advance. Monies received for products which fall into these categories are nonrefundable.

If you receive a “defective item”, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. We are unable to accept returns due to Manufacturer Defect. Micro Parts is not responsible for the quality and/or performance of products sold or any loss, damage or injury resulting from product use. Please contact us, and we will provide Manufacturer contact information for submission of your claim.

Fees and Charges for Returns and Cancellations:

Under special circumstances, Cancellation of Made-to-Order and Special Orders may be refundable. If it is determined that the order merits an exception, a $20 or 20% Restock Fee (whichever is greater) will be applied. There is a $ 20 or 20% Restock Fee (whichever is greater) for all items which have been accepted for return. Products will not be considered for return after thirty (30) days. Once a Return Authorization has been issued by Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. the merchandise and original packaging in question must be received in re-sellable condition within 20 days from the date of authorization.

Upon product receipt, inspection and acceptance, Micro parts & Supplies, Inc. will issue a refund within thirty (30) days which can be applied to an order for an item replacement, a credit memo, or will be processed as a check/credit card refund.

For damaged products received as a result of shipping:

If product packaging is visibly damaged and you suspect damage to its contents, please notify the delivering carrier (driver) who is on-site, immediately. Should you discover the damage after the item has been delivered, take pictures or document the damage before opening the package. Should you open the package, attempt to do so without disturbing the contents and if you notice damage, contact your carrier or Micro Parts & Supplies immediately.

A damage claim for a product(s) not reported within 72 hours after receipt will not be eligible for return.

Receipt of Missing or Incorrect Items:

If there are missing items from your shipment or you receive items that were not ordered, please contact Micro Parts & Supplies within 72 hours. We will dispatch product to complete your order as quickly as possible. In the event that the incorrect item was shipped, Micro Parts will issue a Call-Tag for that item(s), whereby our carrier will pick up from your door. If carrier pick-up is not available, we will issue instructions for return and credit your account for shipping expenses incurred.

Micro Parts & Supplies, Inc. will not be responsible for claims of lost-use or loss suffered for conditions due to late delivery.

Items which are returned without advance notice or authorization from Micro Parts will not be accepted or will be returned to purchaser after receipt.
